How to add money to your Gold365 wallet

You add money to a Gold365 wallet only after your Gold365 ID is live and you're logged in — never before. Open the wallet screen, choose UPI or whichever method is listed for your ID, pay the exact amount shown, and wait for the credit; keep the UTR from your banking app in case the deposit needs to be matched manually later. A deposit needs a live Gold365 ID behind it. If support has not yet confirmed the ID, do not transfer to a UPI handle you found in a chat — paying into a random ID is how people lose the amount with no wallet to credit it to.

Steps to top up

If the amount sits pending, wait a few minutes rather than sending a second payment for the same top-up — a duplicate only complicates the match. Reach out with the UTR, or message support with the Gold365 ID and a screenshot of the receipt.

• Log in with the number registered on your Gold365 ID.
• Open Wallet or Deposit. Choose UPI if you use GPay, PhonePe, or Paytm — net banking and crypto appear once the desk has enabled them for your ID.
• Pay the exact amount on screen, screenshot the receipt, and copy the UTR.
• Enter the UTR if Gold365 asks for it, and stay on that screen until the wallet shows the credit.

What beginners miss

The amount shown on the deposit screen is the exact amount that should leave your UPI app — rounding it in your head creates a mismatch the desk then has to chase down. Minimums vary by method; many UPI top-ups on Gold365 start around ₹250, but always trust the number shown on screen that day.
