Gold365 app vs website: same ID, different device

What is identical

The Gold365 app and the website are two doors into exactly the same ID and wallet — installing the APK does not create a second account or a separate balance. The real differences are practical: the app can push notifications and opens faster on a phone, while the browser needs no install at all for live IPL. Login OTP, your Gold365 ID, UPI wallet, cricket books, casino, bet history, and withdrawal requests all stay identical. A deposit made on the phone credits the same balance you'd see on a laptop after a refresh.

What actually differs

If login works on the site but fails on the app, it's usually cache or an old APK build, not a new ID — try the login issues page before registering again.

• Install: the website needs only a browser. The Android APK downloads from the app page, with iOS notes there too — never install an APK from a forwarded Drive file.
• Live IPL: both show in-play markets. The app is easier one-handed during a match; the site is easier for comparing two fixtures on a large screen.
• Updates: browsers pick up site changes on refresh; an APK can sit on an old build until you reinstall from the official page.
• Session: logging out on one device doesn't always log out the other — if you lost a phone, contact support.

Which to use on match night

Use whichever stays logged in without fighting OTP every over. Many people deposit on the phone, since UPI apps are there, and watch the book on whichever screen is already open.
