The Gold365 agent system explained

What a Gold365 agent or support desk actually does: ID on WhatsApp, deposits through the wallet, no third party holding your login.
What the desk does
People say 'Gold365 agent' when they mean the WhatsApp desk that issues a Gold365 ID — there is no separate agent product to buy into. The ID should still log in with OTP on your own phone, and the wallet should stay entirely yours. If someone offers to hold your login or deposit on your behalf, that is not how this works. Official WhatsApp creates the ID, confirms it's live, helps with OTP locks, matches a UTR to a deposit, and chases a stuck withdrawal. That's support plus onboarding — not a person who places bets for you, since Gold365 does not sell that as a product.
What an agent should never do
If your only access is a screenshot an agent sends you, you don't actually have an ID. Ask for login on your own number, follow the registration guide, and walk away if they refuse.
- Keep your password or ask you to forward every OTP.
- Take a deposit on a personal UPI 'because the site is down.'
- Charge a joining fee outside the Gold365 wallet.
- Promise a fixed return on IPL — anyone selling that isn't explaining an exchange.
Partner books
Gold365 also lists partner exchanges from time to time. Those sit as separate books that can share a network ID, but you still want your own login — the platforms page explains how that split works.

Common questions
What players ask about the Gold365 agent system.
You need official WhatsApp to get an ID; after that, you log in and play cricket and casino yourself.
Ask support — the login mobile is bound on purpose so OTP stays on one phone.
Only the WhatsApp link this site serves for your host is the one to trust; random profiles clone the name.
You should see your own wallet and your own slips. If money sits in someone else's account, it isn't a Gold365 ID you control.
Cannot find what you need? Our official WhatsApp desk replies with your ID and a screenshot.
